returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund (less our shipping costs). Please contact us before returning any items with the reason for your return. All items must be in absolutely NEW, UNWASHED condition with tags* on, in the original packaging with all instructions and accessories. We cannot accept items that smell of smoke or perfumes, have stains or pet fur.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*We cannot accept baby carrier returns that have had the attached product registration cards removed.
Please return it to us in the condition you received it:
1. Include all packaging, brochures, and accessories that were included with the item.
2. Carefully fold all products and package the item with adequate protection. Do not use the carrier packaging box as the shipping box.
3. Ensure your method of shipment has tracking and insurance. We will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
4. International items must be marked "Return to Vendor" for customs.
We reserve the right to refuse items returned in unsellable condition (pet hair, soiled, or smelling of smoke).
Since we are an online only retailer, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for a return. You may return the unwanted item(s) per the above return policy, and then place a new order on our website for the item(s) you would like to purchase.
